8. We avoid activities which conflict with or impair the performance of our duties. Members make decisions objectively without regard to personal gain. If conflicts arise, we will disclose the conflict and obtain objective opinions to resolve any apparent conflict of interest.
9. We do not accept improper financial inducements.
10. We do not provide false or misleading information about the business, its products or services to any party.
